My life with teenage boys

Don’t take my word for it, here’s what some other people had to say about my book.

A tapestry of teenage tales (Anneliese)

“A wonderful collection of genuine life stories and experiences in a household with twin boys as they navigate the perils of teenage years. Beautifully written, Mother of a Man-Child is a tapestry of richly woven stories that provide short, sharp and sometimes very poignant moments of the author’s and her son’s lives through the uncharted territory of ‘teenagism‘. Funny, witty, sad and brutally honest, this book has it all.”

You need eyes in the back of your head! (Judy)

A warts and all story of two boys growing up.  Certainly not designed to guild the lily but as with many things, could have been done differently with the benefit of hindsight.  But the overarching love of a mother for her children regardless of whatever misdemeanours is very evident.  A recommended read for any parent of teenage boys.”

An entertaining read (Jodie)

“I enjoy Kelly’s style of writing. A no-holds-barred look at what it’s like with twin boys. Their household is never dull, there’s always something ‘going down’. Entertaining, funny and organic.”
